An experienced rehabilitation nurse case manager, Suzanne often needed a caring home environment for workers compensation catastrophic clients and long term elder care patients. After trying many existing home health agencies, she decided that a better approach was needed. She envisioned a nurse case manager who was agency-embedded. This case manager should attend to the needs of the agencies home care patients, while acting also as a liaison to the payers case manager. This would allow the insurer or TPA case manager to be more productive in other areas that benefit their client/employers. This caring approach, coupled with cost-conscious care made Regal Home Services the favored home health agency for many case managers with Workers Compensation and Long Term Care clients. Regal believes in keeping on a firm financial footing and low expenses. We put our expenditure in staff training and supervision not fancy offices and toys for executives. We monitor associates performance constantly, gently correcting client concerns before they become problems, ensuring continuation of excellent care for all clients.
